Pet Policy
Dogs & Cats welcome. Up to 2 pets per apartment, only one dog per apartment. There are two options for pay the pet fee.
1. $500 deposit per pet and a $150 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.
2. $237.50 non-refundable, per pet
Pet rent is $15 per month, per pet. Pets must be at least 1 year old, have current shots & good disposition. We do have breed restrictions.
